Walk-In Physical Exams for School. Sports. Camp.
For your convenience, Urgent Care of Connecticut provides walk-in physical exams. We offer high quality medical care when you can't be seen by your regular doctor. We can take care of last minute school, sport, and camp physicals .
Many doctor's offices refer patients to Urgent Care of Connecticut when their appointment calendars are booked or when their offices are closed. We will promptly send medical records and paperwork to the pediatrician or primary care doctor upon request.
What to Bring
- School physical form
- Important! A copy of your child's most recent immunization record.
- Insurance card for future visits (if insured) and driver's license
- Method of Payment (cash, check, debit or credit card). The fee is $140.00. Additional fees apply for additional testing and immunizations. Insurance companies typically allow one "well" annual physical exam through a primary care physician, therefore walk-in physical exams are not submitted through insurance.
