Lindsey Rocha
Director of Credentialing, Urgent Care of Connecticut
Practice Manager, Norwalk
Lindsey Rocha is site director for Urgent Care of Connecticut for the Norwalk location. Ms. Rocha's duties include daily work flow, performance and overall management of Urgent Care of Norwalk's operations and supervision of administrative and clinical staff.
As a self-employed credentialing consultant for many years, Lindsey brings to Urgent Care of Connecticut professional experience with health care regulatory standards, federal and state guidelines and credentialing activities. She was credentialing specialist for Saint Mary's Health System in Waterbury for eight years. Ms. Rocha was also instrumental in securing Urgent Care of Connecticut's designation as a nationally certified Urgent Care Center through the Urgent Care Association of America in 2010.
She earned a B.S. in Health Administration at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, where she graduated with honors in 1998. Lindsey's special interests include hiking, shooting pool and traveling.
