Kim Gallagher
Multi-Site Manager
Kim Gallagher is Multi-Site Manager for Urgent Care of Connecticut. In this role, Kim provides guidance and leadership to the site coordinators for each location. She is a mentor for the clinical staff, and a knowledgeable resource for daily clinical questions and matters. Ms. Gallagher also implements practice logistics for all locations, monitors performance of the daily work flow for the Brookfield location, and trains clinical staff on daily operations and procedures.
Kim joined Urgent Care of Connecticut in August 2009 as a medical assisting extern at the Southbury location. Upon completion of the externship, Kim was hired in December 2009 as a medical assistant. When the Brookfield location opened in 2010, Kim transferred there as a full-time medical assistant and soon added the responsibilities of site coordinator to her position.
Prior to her employment at Urgent Care of Connecticut, Kim worked for List Service Corporation for six years. While there, she was responsible for Direct Marketing Brokerage and played a key role in launching the Internet Marketing Division for Online Advertising.
Ms. Gallagher majored in Physical Therapy at University of New England and Athletic Training at Dean College. She is a member of the American Association of Medical Assistants.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two children, coaching their soccer teams, playing sports, and travel.
