Cynthia Vanson, MD
Cynthia Vanson, MD is experienced with adult, pediatric and geriatric outpatients and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr.Vanson studied at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA where she earned a B.S. in Biology. She earned her MD at St. George's University School of Medicine, Grenada, West Indies and completed her residency at Somerset Family Practice, Somerville, NJ.
Prior to joining Urgent Care of Connecticut, she was a Family Practitioner at Family Medical Associates in Ridgefield, CT for eight years. Dr. Vanson has extensive experience with patients in extended care and rehabilitation facilities. She strives to educate her patients about medical conditions and emphasizes preventive care. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
