Charnez Perkins, Sr.
Site Coordinator - Urgent Care of Connecticut
Charnez Perkins is Site Coordinator and Medical Assistant for the Ridgefield location of Urgent Care of Connecticut. His responsibilities include managing the daily work flow, patient care, and supervision of clinical and administrative staff. Before the Ridgefield location opened, Charnez was a Medical Assistant for the Brookfield location since 2010.
Charnez graduated in the top 5% of his class at Porter and Chester Institute where he earned his certification in Medical Assisting. He is also a certified phlebotomist and a basic life support instructor for the American Heart Association.
Charnez has a special interest in youth athletics. He coaches baseball and basketball and holds a national certification as a high school basketball official. He volunteers his time to mentor and help troubled teens.
