Dr. Bernd Woerner
Managing Member

Dr. Bernd G. Woerner, is Managing Member for Zucyla Enterprises, LLC. Dr. Woerner is board certified in Emergency Medicine by the American College of Emergency Physicians. He serves on the Executive Management Team and, along with Dr. Rohatsch and Dr. Kenkare, develops strategic goals for the company. He completed his undergraduate education at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Dr. Woerner attended medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Cleveland. While pursuing his residency, he flew with the Life Flight Trauma Team providing lifesaving support to the critically ill and injured. As a key partner in the management, and with his strategy in corporate finance, he has taken a lead role in cost containment efforts. Dr. Woerner has been on staff at several local hospitals and continues to work at a local teaching hospital as an Emergency Medicine attending physician.
